Damasi Rules
Played on an 8×8 board, each player starts with 16 men arranged in two rows, leaving the back row empty. Men can move forward or sideways one square, capturing by jumping over an opponent's piece, but they cannot move backwards. Upon reaching the back row, a man is promoted to a king, which can then move any number of squares forwards, backwards, or sideways, capturing by jumping over any piece and landing on any permissible square beyond it.
Pieces are removed immediately after being jumped. If a jump is possible, it must be taken. When multiple jumps are available, the one capturing the most pieces must be chosen. Both kings and men count as one piece during capture. If multiple paths capture the same maximum number of pieces, the player may choose the preferred route.
The game concludes when a player has no legal moves left, either due to all pieces being captured or being completely blocked, resulting in a win for the opponent. Unlike other draughts variants, pieces can cross the same square multiple times in a single capturing sequence as they are removed immediately. However, within a multi-capture, a 180-degree turn between two captures is not permitted.
