To ensure you can make the most of Eve Connect, here are the essential requirements:
- Compatibility with Alfen’s Eve Single S-line and Eve Single Pro-line EV charging stations
- NG Firmware 6.3 or a higher version is necessary
- The charging station and your mobile device must be connected to the same LAN network via an ethernet cable between the router and the charging station
- A first-time login password is required for the charging station
- An Active Load Balancing (ALB) license is needed if you plan to utilize solar charging
