"Supervision Service" offers users convenient access to a variety of services related to traffic violation tickets, automobile (motor) fuel costs, and other supervision-related information. Users can access these services using their ID number, birthday, or supervision service network member password.
The service includes the following functions:
Query and Payment of Traffic Violation Tickets: Users can check and pay for traffic violations, review payment records, and monitor their driving points.
Automobile (Motor) Fuel Fee Services: This includes inquiries and payments for fuel fees, checking payment records, and applying for electronic payment forms for fuel fees.
Vehicle Mileage and Inspection Services: Users can check the last two vehicle mileage readings, receive reminders for abnormal mileage, and find out the next scheduled inspection date.
Driver's License Inquiries: Access information related to driving licenses.
Training and Testing Services: Schedule regular training, inquire and register for professional driving courses for automobiles, motorcycles, and buses, and take simulation tests for the driver's license written exam.
Personal Supervision Member Page: Offers a personalized page with advance notices for supervision-related services and displays a birthday greeting on the member's birthday.
Driver's License and Vehicle Information: Provides inquiries on driver's licenses and vehicle ownership, along with vehicle inspection appointments and settings for residential and employment addresses.
Supervision Message Push: Sends supervision messages to members, which can be added to their mobile device calendar. Birthday wishes are also pushed on the member's birthday.
GPS-Enabled Homepage: Uses GPS positioning to display announcement messages from nearby supervision stations.
Supervision Office Wait Times: Quickly check the number of people waiting at various district supervision offices and specific windows.
Tour Bus Information: Offers real-time updates and vehicle information for tour buses.
Intelligent Customer Service: Provides quick access to highway supervision information.
English Language Interface: The service is available in English for ease of use.
