Obtaining Lapras EX in Pokémon TCG Pocket
Currently, an event featuring Lapras EX is running in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Battle AI opponents using Lapras-themed Water decks to earn Promo Packs. These packs are your only source for Lapras EX.
Act fast! This event concludes November 18th, so your time to farm these packs is limited.
Each Promo Pack contains a single card, with equal chances of receiving: Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, Butterfree, or Lapras EX. While the odds are theoretically even, luck plays a significant role. You might get Lapras EX immediately, or it could take 20 packs or more. For guaranteed Promo Packs, focus on the Expert stage battles. While other stages offer a chance at a pack, only Expert guarantees one per battle.
Completing all stages rewards you with Event Hourglasses, allowing you to replenish your Event stamina and continue farming. If you have a pre-built Pikachu EX deck, you can even auto-battle the Expert stage for hands-off farming.
If you're unlucky and miss out before the event ends, remember that trading is planned for the future, giving you another avenue to acquire Lapras EX.
