In this game, every player starts with 8 cards, while the rest form the "Draw Pile." The top card is turned over to begin the "Discard Pile."
When it’s your turn, play a card onto the Discard Pile that matches the top card’s color, number, or action. If you can’t make a move, you must draw from the Draw Pile. After playing, pass the turn to the next player.
Stacking Rule: +2 and wild +2 cards can be stacked to increase the penalty for the following player. Note that you cannot play a +2 on a wild +2.
The round goes to whoever plays all their cards first. The game concludes when a player reaches the target score.
