Open the recipient's profile, then tap "Send anonymous Tell" below their profile picture.
Tap the three dots icon next to the question. Select "Delete" from the options.
Tap the reply button, type your answer, and press send.
Open the user's profile, tap the three dots icon in the top right corner, and select "Block."
Access your profile, tap "Edit Profile," and update your username as needed.
