Thunee, named after the Tamil word for water, is a beloved trick-taking card game that originated in Durban, South Africa. Drawing inspiration from the Indian and Sri Lankan game 304, Thunee offers an engaging experience whether you're playing in single-player mode or challenging friends in multiplayer.

For the ultimate Thunee gaming experience, this app simulates the real-life thrill of the game. Note that to enjoy the best gaming experience and to upload or update your scores (wins), an online connection is required.

In multiplayer mode, you can invite someone to be your partner or challenge them directly. Inviting others is seamless with push notifications via WhatsApp messages. The app keeps track of the results and stats of games played with friends, displaying them on a statistics page. It's the perfect way to show off who's the top player in your circle.

For beginners, the easy difficulty setting offers assistance and narration during play, helping you learn the game quickly and effectively.

The app is fully customizable through its settings/options menu, allowing you to tailor the game to your preferred style. Here are some of the customizable options:

• Difficulty Level: Choose between Hard, Medium, or Easy.
• Score Assistance: Opt for score assistance in Medium and Easy modes, receiving trick/hand values as they close and real-time scores.
• Bidding: Decide when to be prompted to bid—either all the time or only when holding three or more cards of the same suit or J9.
• Early Win/Loss: Enable the option to offer a win or loss early if you or your opponents have scored more than the required amount (set to on by default).
• Claiming Victory: Allow the option to claim victory early, including Double and Khanuck claims.
• Trick Clearing: Set the duration for clearing a trick (hand). You can also choose to click on the trick to clear it immediately. The default time is set to 1 second.
• Vocal Sounds: Include vocal sounds for bidding, calling Jodhi, and more.
• Customization: Change the game's appearance by modifying the background (or selecting your own color with a vignette effect) and choosing different card packs.
• Royals: Opt to include Royals, where the value of cards is reversed (e.g., Queens become Jacks, Kings become Nines, etc.).
