If you've set up a security email, you can reset your password by tapping "Forgot Password" after entering an incorrect password and following the prompts. If no security email was set but you have a cloud backup, reinstall Vault to recover your data from the cloud.
2. How do I enter Vault in stealth mode?
To access Vault in stealth mode, either add the Vault widget to your home screen and enter your password, or download "NQ calculator" from Google Play, open it, and enter your password followed by "=".
3. Why are my photos/videos lost?
Photos and videos may be deleted by cleaning or storage management apps that target Vault’s data folder. Avoid selecting Vault’s data folder (mnt/sdcard/SystemAndroid) for deletion. Use the "Cloud Backup" feature on Vault’s premium page to safeguard your media.
