The app adheres strictly to privacy guidelines set by the Guarantor. It only captures the time and location when a learner voluntarily checks in. Immediately after, the GPS functionality is turned off to safeguard privacy. Additionally, learners have the ability to verify the status of geolocation directly from the app or their device settings, offering full control over their data.
When the app is not actively in use, no tracking of movements occurs. Furthermore, all data stored on the learner's device remains confidential and is neither shared nor processed, whether the app is in use or not, ensuring complete data protection.
